Pat Hannam has worked in the London based insurance sector all her career and has been involved in the administration of underwriting agencies, brokers and risk carriers.

Company Secretary of Independent Services Group Limited since its incorporation in 2001 this role encompasses its subsidiaries Independent Broking Solutions Limited, an active insurance broker at Lloyd’s which promotes its Appointed Representative network for international insurance professionals, ISG Advisory Services Ltd an insurance consultancy, ISG-IT Limited, whose name speaks for itself, and latterly MGA Capital Limited a managing agency incubator vehicle dealing with UK Coverholder/program operations.

As Company Secretary to some 45 independently owned companies formed for our respective clients in both the UK and USA the role includes client support, corporate control, HR and general middle management duties in London with the additional role of Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Executive.
