Our broking operation Independent Broking Solutions (IBS) offers a full range of services including broker management and support, broker replacement, claims recoveries and an appointed representative facility.

IBS is accredited by the FCA and is fully authorised by Lloyd’s to handle both live and run-off business.

We offer ready access to the Lloyd’s and London markets both to authorised entities via our turnkey and bespoke processing and support functions, and to non-authorised firms and individuals via the appointed representative route.

IBS works closely with our run-off team on areas such as commutations and recoveries.
